Shine Muscat Dorayaki
Dorayaki is a Japanese confection that is similar to a pancake 🥞

Ingredients for 4 Dorayaki👇
Shine Muscat 12 pieces
Egg: 1
Sugar: 80g
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Mirin: 1 tablespoon (if you have)
Cake flour: 100g
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Whole sweet beans: 160g

How to make👇
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and mix with a whisk until lightly foamy.

2. Add the honey and mirin and mix until well combined.

3. Sift no in the flour and baking powder and mix lightly with a rubber spatula until no longer powdery.

4. Spread a thin layer of salad oil onto a frying pan heated over medium heat using kitchen paper, and pour in 3 to a diameter of about 10 cm.

5. Heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes, and when bubbles appear on the surface, flip over. Heat over medium heat for another minute or so until browned and cooked through. Cook 7 slices in the same way.

6. Place 1/4 of the bean paste on one of the slices from 5, which has cooled slightly, and sandwich it between the other slice with 3 pieces of Shine Muscat.
